Q. What size are the storage units?

A. We have a wide range of units - Please use the calculator or ask our helpful staff if not sure.

Q. Are the containers clean and dry?

A. You are always welcome at any time to have a look at our facilities, be pleased to see you. We only buy brand new containers of steel construction. All containers are kept in excellent condition and cleaned thoroughly before each use.

Q. How secure are the containers?

A. During opening hours the premises are always staffed, we are sited in a purpose-built compound with security fencing. The gates are locked at night and alarmed with a monitored system direct to fire and police service.

Q. Do I need to book?

A. It is not always necessary but you can make a no-obligation reservation, even if you are not sure what date you will require a container from. We will accommodate you when you need it.

Q. Do I need to bring anything with me?

A. You will need to bring your first month payment in advance. Also, please bring identification.

Q. Have you got any transport for my belongings?

A. Please view transport page.

Q. How easy is it to access my unit?

A. We are open 8am - 6pm, you can come and go as much as you like.

Q. Do I need to sign a lease?

A. No. We ask you to fill in a licence agreement, giving contact details and an invoicing address. It is NOT a lease and can be terminated with 7 days notice.

Q. How do I make future payments?

A. On the 15th of every Calendar month. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, cash, cheque or standing order.

Q. What do I need to do when I want to vacate my container?

A. We only require 7 days notice when you want to vacate your unit. Any unused storage days paid for will be reimbursed..

Q. Should I insure my belongings whilst in store?

A. Obviously that is up to you but, for your own peace of mind, please check with your household insurance provider. We have found that most are happy to extend cover to your belongings in storage. We can arrange liability cover if required.

Q. Is there anything I cannot store?

A. Please use common sense. Do not store anything toxic, explosive or flammable ie. gas cylinders or fuel, anything perishable i.e. foodstuffs.
